Champion- William H. "Butch" Prisk, age 76, longtime Champion resident, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 18, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

William was born in Toledo, Ohio on May 15, 1944, a son of the late Harry and Alice Prisk.

William was a loving and doting husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He spent many years working as a sawyer in the forestry industry. He enjoyed spending time with family, visiting out at camp, and going for rides to look at scenery.

William was preceded in death by 3 brothers, 1 sister, daughter- JoAnn "Sissy" Prisk, and 2 great-grandchildren.

William is survived by his wife JoAnn, sons- William (Rebecca) Prisk, Robert Prisk, Jamie (Brenda) Prisk, Thomas (Angie) Prisk, Johnny Prisk, siblings- Virginia Nelson, Harold "Lee" Prisk, David (Grace) Prisk, Robert (Jeanne) Prisk, 31 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A private celebration of life will be held on Saturday May 23, 2020, and a public celebration of Williams life will be announced at the end of June.
