Ishpeming Twp- Vonne Joyce Windahl, age 75 of Sunnyside Estates Ishpeming Township passed away Thursday, April 23, 2015 at her home.
Joyce was born January 5, 1940 in Michigamme to the late Jalmer & Elizabeth (Hopkins) Lakonen. Joyce is survived by a daughter Beverly Windahl of Interlochen, MI, a brother Jalmer (Arlene) Lakonen of Michigamme, 2 sisters: Dawn (Ronald) Dubord of Neskoro, WI and Shirley Niemi of Michigamme, along with nieces, nephews and cousins. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Robert and a sister Nancy Gooding.
Cremation has take place, there will be no services.
