Menasha, WI - Trudy Ann (Nelson) Chambers, age 56, of  Menasha, WI, passed away at her home on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

Trudy was born in Ishpeming, MI on February 21, 1968, a daughter of Sandra K. (Coty) Nelson and the late Richard P. Nelson. Truly grew up in North Lake location and was a graduate of the Westwood High School, Class of 1986. She went on to attend NMU and received an associate's degree specializing in phlebotomy. Trudy worked at the Marquette General Hospital in the dialysis unit prior to moving to Wisconsin.

While in Wisconsin, Trudy concentrated on raising her family and being a homemaker. She enjoyed camping in her earlier years, loved reading and following the Green Bay Packers. Trudy will be remembered as one who fiercely loved her family, had a heart of gold and always wanted to help others in need.

Survivors include her husband Alvin Chambers of Menasha, WI, two sons, Jordan (Brittney) Chambers of Bonduel, WI and Justin Chambers of Menasha, WI; mother and step-father, Sandra Nelson and Kenneth Pringle of Marquette, sister, Kim M. (Gail Schmidt) Nelson, of Iron River, a niece Angela Jarvi, aunts and uncles - Bonnie (Joan Verheyden) Nelson, Norma Belmore, Mary Lou Morcom, Jim Nelson, Ken (Shirley) Nelson, Michael Nelson, Nancy (Carl) Smith,  sisters-in-law, Tracey (Tim) Lamothe and Deanna (Darrel) Wallis, brother-in-law Carl (Bobbi Jo) Chambers,  numerous nieces and nephews, along with cousins including, Rene' (Marc) Himes, Jacqueline (Percy) Dales, Amy (Brandon) Boesl, Eric (Natalie) Dawe, Braiden Nelson, Bradley Nelson and Talia (Todd) Wunder.

Trudy was preceded in death by her sister Brandi Nelson, her father Richard P. Nelson, grandparents: Henry & Violet Coty, Evelyn & William Nelson, several cousins including a special cousin James Nelson.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 12:00 – 2:00pm on Wednesday September 25, 2024, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ishpeming.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 2:00pm with Fr. Larry Van Damme to officiate. A luncheon will follow the Mass in the church hall. Interment will take place at Northland Chapel Gardens.
