Hobart, WI- Tracy (Perry) Willis, age 48 of Hobart, Wisconsin and former Republic resident passed away on Friday December 10, 2021, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay from complications of Covid-19.

Tracy was born June 23, 1973, in Ishpeming, MI to Karen (Nurmi) and the late James Perry. She graduated from Republic-Michigamme High School, received an LPN degree and a bachelor's degree in public health administration, working at various home health care agencies.

Tracy served her country in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force serving during the Gulf War Era. She received the Army Achievement Medal for her nursing services while stationed in Germany.

Tracy was family first on all things and shaped her life around the hobbies and needs of the family. She was an avid reader and loved Stephen King Books. She loved to travel on road trips spending time exploring the country with her children. She also had a caring heart and love for her canine family.

Tracy is survived by her husband Joel Willis, whom she married on November 3, 2000, in San Antonio, TX, three children; Bradley (Cailin) Console and Kathryn Willis and Jacob Willis, her mother Karen (Harold Richards) Perry, her brother Shane Perry and his daughters; Dana (Andrew) Whitford and Danielle (Darren) Wing, along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tracy was preceded in death by her father James Perry, sister-in-law Karen Davis, paternal and maternal grandparents and several aunts, uncles, and a cousin.

Tracy's family will greet relatives and friends from 10:00-11:00 am E.S.T. on Wednesday December 15, 2021, at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Republic where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with Fr. Greg Heikkala officiating.

Due to the increasing current COVID cases, and in consideration for others in attendance, the family asks you kindly wear a mask while attending the services.

A luncheon will follow in the church fellowship hall.
