Ishpeming – Thomas Oral Pizziola, age 31, of 88 Sunnyside Estates was received into God's Open Arms on Sunday October 21, 2012. Tom was born October 14, 1981 in Ishpeming the son of Glenn E. Pizziola and Mary A. (Goyen) Kjellman. He had been previously employed by SCI Janitorial. He enjoyed working with computers along with volunteering at the Ishpeming Community Food Bank. Tom had a love of nature and animals. He loved to take his boys Tommy and Talan camping and fishing along with playing video games. He was truly happiest when he was with his boys. Tom is survived by his sons – Tommy and Talan Pizziola of Ishpeming, his mother and step-father – Mary and Rick Kjellman of Ishpeming, his father Glenn Pizziola of Ishpeming, 2 sisters – Christy (Jackie) Pizziola of Negaunee, and Heather (Lisa Annola) Pizziola of Ishpeming, his longtime partner, and mother of his children, Stephanie Larson of Ishpeming, and a nephew Derek Pizziola. The family will greet relatives and friends from 1 – 2pm on Friday, October 26, 2012 at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 2:00pm on Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Lauri O. Maki to officiate.
