Ishpeming- Theresa T. Olds, age 88 of 596 Elliott Ave, Ishpeming went home to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday May 16, 2014 with her family by her side at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility where she resided for the past 2 years.

Theresa was born in Ishpeming on April 4, 1926 to Otto and Hilja "Aiti" (Juhola) Hanninen. She was a graduate of Ishpeming High School, class of 1944 and went on to work at the Gossard until she met the love of her life Robert W. Olds. Theresa married Robert on June 18, 1949. Together they raised their three children.

Theresa was an excellent cook and baker who loved cooking for her family. The house always had a wonderful aroma from her pasties, saffron & other favorites. Theresa also enjoyed spending time with her grand-kids at their camp picking blueberries or just sitting on the swing. She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church.

Theresa is survived by her husband Robert, three children, Barbara (Mike) Coughlin of Green Bay, Raymond (Ann) Olds of Ishpeming, and Ann Marie (Roger) Blau of Green Bay. She has 9 grandchildren, David (Cheryl) Coughlin, Jeffery (Stacey) Coughlin, Sarah (Gabe) Ryan, Katie Olds and fiancee' Jason Makela, Russell (Katie) Olds, Chelsea (Andy) Godin, Maggie Blau, Bobbi Blau and Josh Blau. She also has 10 great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews. She loved them all very much.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 am Monday May 19, 2014 at the Bethel Lutheran Church in Ishpeming with Rev. Lauri O. Maki officiating.

Theresa's family will greet relatives and friends on Monday May 19th at the Bethel Lutheran Church from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:30 am.

Interment will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Theresa's grandchildren.

The family would like to thank all the wonderful people at MCMCF who worked with Theresa, and Dr. Hooper.
