Ishpeming, MI - Teresa Jill Lindstrom, age 64, longtime Ishpeming resident, entered the Lord's loving embrace on Friday, January 17, 2025, while in the very loving care of her family, U.P. Home Health and Hospice, and staff at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility.

Teresa was born in Ontonagon, on October 10, 1960, daughter of her late parents, Judith A. (Loutzenhiser) and John W. Hokkanen. She was a graduate of Negaunee High School, Class of 1978. Teresa was a loving wife, mom, daughter, and friend. She was an amazing listener to both family and friends. If she wasn't caring for the needs of her family, she was traveling, reading, or doing needlepoint, and if it was football season, she was very likely watching the NFL.

Survivors of Teresa include her loving husband Steven Lindstrom, whom she married on February 5, 1977, daughter, Heather J. Lindstrom, son, Eric J. Lindstrom, granddaughter, Aurora J. Lindstrom, two sisters, Brenda Hamm of Laurium and Holly Clark of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and numerous nieces and nephews. Teresa will be remembered as a wonderful and caring person. All who knew Teresa loved her gentle way.
