Ely Twp, MI- Sherry A. Pittsley, age 67 of 26152 US Hwy 41 W. Champion (Ely Twp) passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family and under the care of hospice.

Sherry was born on March 13, 1953 in Marquette, MI to Lloyd Sr and Elizabeth (King) Croschere.

She graduated from Marquette Senior High School. She worked as a rural route carrier for the United States Post Office in Ishpeming. In her free time she loved camping, crocheting, reading and spending time with her friends and family especially her grandchildren. She was a Detroit Lions fan.

Sherry is survived by, her mother Elizabeth, 2 daughters: Rebecca (William) Prisk of Champion and Amanda (Brady) Williams of Parachute, CO, 5 grandchildren: Elisa (Michael) Cowling, Cassandra (Michael) Linne, Sebastian Williams, Cody Williams and Hunter Prisk,  2 great grandchildren: Elijah Cowling and Emma Linne, 2 sisters Carol (Steven) Brugman and Theresa (Robert) Garrow, special sister-in-law Sandi (Dave) Lusardi, 2 brothers-in-laws: Dennis Pittsley, Bruce (Sharon) Pittsley, 3 sister-in-laws: Donna (John) Mercier, Rhonda McClure and Phyllis (Steve) Wallenius, special nephew David Croschere Jr. and special niece Crystal (Keith) Swenor, along with several other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sherry was preceded in death by her husband Norman, her father Lloyd Sr,  a great grandson Ethan Cowling, brothers, Lloyd Croschere Jr, David Croschere Sr, brother-in-law Phillip Westie.

A celebration of life will be at 4:00 PM on Friday September 18, 2020 at 5593 County Road CD, Ishpeming, MI 49849.
