Ishpeming – Sebastian A. Polozzolo, age 87, of 435 Stoneville Rd., Ishpeming, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 in the E.R. at Bell Hospital in Ishpeming.


Sebastian was born July 2, 1926 in Negaunee the son of the late Gaetano and Teresa (Stagliano) Polozzolo. He attended the St. John's Catholic School in Ishpeming. Sebastian worked odd jobs at various businesses in Ishpeming, and had lived in the Upper Peninsula his entire life.


Survivors include two sisters – Mary Neuman of Ishpeming and Grace Lukkari of Houghton, his good friend and roommate at the Mther Nursing Center Jerrry, along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Anthony Polozzolo and a sister Genevieve Piccanio.


Private graveside services will be held at the Ishpeming Cemetery.
