Marquette, MI- Scott G. Reichel Sr. age 55 of 374 Whetstone Marquette passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017.

Scott was born April 26, 1962 in Ishpeming to Karen (Dryge) and the late Robert K. Reichel. Scott attended the Jacobetti Skills Center at NMU to learn the trade of automotive mechanic repairs. He worked as an auto-body repairman, painter and mechanic and was ASE certified.

Scott was a "Jack of all trades", he enjoyed woodworking, making furniture, building computers and loved his trade as a automotive mechanic. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, enjoyed weightlifting and a very good artist. Scott enjoyed the company of family and friends, but especially enjoyed time spent with his daughter Chelsea.

Scott is survived by his girlfriend Jani of Marquette, 3 children: Chelsea Reichel of Marquette, Scott Reichel Jr. of Harvey and Bryan Craycraft of Marquette, his mother Karen Beckmann of Marquette, 2 grandchildren: Malachi and Adrian Craycraft, a brother, Bob (Cynthia) Reichel Jr. of Negaunee, step sister Ranae (Kurt) Beckmann-Johnson of Ishpeming, step brother Ryan Beckmann of Ishpeming, 4 nephews: Jeremy Reichel, Ryan (Lyndsey) Reichel, Bobby (Halley) Reichel and Jamie Reichel, a niece Alea Beckmann, great nieces and best friend Ted Tooles. Scott was preceded in death by his father Robert Reichel and step father Gilbert Beckmann.

Scott's family will greet relatives and friends from 1:00-2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home in Ishpeming where a memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm with Sister Margey Schmelzle to officiate. Interment will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery.
