Ishpeming- Rosemary (Joseph) Kozup, age 72 of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Rosemary was born on October 11, 1950 daughter of the late Lawrence and Clara Joseph. After graduating from Ishpeming High School in 1968, she attended Northern Michigan University where she received her Practical Nursing Degree.  She then attended and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BS degree in Home Economics.

Rosemary is survived by her husband of 52 years, Joseph Kozup of Hagerstown, MD.  They were married on October 16, 1971.  Her siblings:  Nicholas (Judith) Joseph of Ishpeming, MI; Lawrence "Larry" (Violet) Joseph of Mount Juliett, TN; Patricia (James) Maki of Ishpeming, MI; Susan (Paul) Belpedio of Ishpeming, MI; Julie (Richard) Anderson of Ishpeming, MI; and Margaret (Michael) Beauchamp of Ishpeming, MI; her brothers and sisters-in-laws, Peter (Kathleen) Kozup of Anchorage, AK; John Kozup of Warren, OH, and Charles (Daverly) Kozup of St. Joseph, MI.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence "Nick" and Clara Joseph, her sister Anne Burke, nephew Brian Joseph, and niece Julie Kozup Johnson.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at St. John's Catholic Church, 323 S. Main Street, Ishpeming, MI.   Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. and will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Ryan Ford as celebrant.   A luncheon will follow in KD Hall.
