Ishpeming - Rodney "Ros" Scott LaMere, Jr., age 24, our bright shining star, our son, brother and friend left this world on November 11th, 2015.

Rodney's huge heart was filled with love and compassion for all. His contagious smile lit up every room he entered. His beautiful blue eyes shone like the sun. Although he was an angel who suffered in a world that didn't understand him, he still gave so much of himself to make others feel and know they were loved. He offered the gift of kindness and acceptance to everyone. He saw people for who they were on the inside and passed no judgement. His being touched so many lives for the better, more than he knew.

Rodney found solace in music, nature, family, friends and humor. No matter how he was feeling, he wanted to make everyone smile and laugh. He was blessed with a sense of humor that could brighten our darkest day. His light was to bright for this world so he moved on to brighten another.
