Gwinn, MI- Peter Alan "Hamburger" Nault, age 78, of Gwinn, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2023, at Marquette County Medical Care Facility in Ishpeming, while in the loving care of family, Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice.

Peter was born in Marquette, Michigan on March 9, 1945, a son of the late Anna (Cecchini) and Clifford "Gish" Nault. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1962-1965.

Peter worked as a union journeyman for the Sheet Metal Workers Union and the Iron Workers Union, working all over the country, including on skyscrapers. Peter was a motorcycle enthusiast, who enjoyed rebuilding bikes and spending time with his friends.

Peter is survived by his wife Pamela (Vachon) Nault, son Chad DeBolt (Mother Arlene Tuttila) and his fiancée Betsy of Traverse City. Chad's children Briana, Erica, Logan, and Lauren and their mother Lisa. Son Max Nault of Ishpeming and his partner Kristen. Son Marshal Nault and his wife Ashley of Colorado Springs, CO. Marshal's children Vera and Cambree.

Peter was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Carol Nelson, a brother Charles Nault, and son Bradley DeBolt.

A Celebration of Peter's life will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the Bjork and Zhulkie Funeral Home with Military Honors to be held at 4:00 pm by the U.P. Funeral Honors Team.
