Negaunee, MI - Peter Charles Moyle, age 65, son of the late Thomas James Moyle and Alice May (Cornish) Moyle, passed away on April 6, 2016 at the Eastwood Nursing Home in Negaunee where he'd been a patient for two weeks.

Peter was born in Ishpeming on August 3, 1950. He graduated from Ishpeming High School in 1968 and attended NMU for a year before moving to Flint, MI where he began a career with Central Transport. He went on to work for Central in various locations, opening terminals in several locations. His last location was in beautiful Asheville, NC, where Peter retired in 2001. Peter returned to his hometown area in September 2015.

He is survived by his siblings: Ann (Harvey) Wise of Ishpeming, Mary (Terry) Kutchie of Ishpeming, Bobbie (Bill) Hartman of Negaunee, and Susie (Gary) Anderson of Green Bay, WI along with many nieces and nephews and cousins along with his Uncle Charles Cornish of Ishpeming and Elaine Moyle of Minnesota. Peter was preceded in death by his life partner Steve McCain, his parents and his brother, Richard Moyle.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 7, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home in Ishpeming with the Rev. Steve Solberg to officiate.  The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday May 7, 2016 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm.
