Ishpeming- Pauline B. Hebbard, age 87 longtime Ishpeming resident passed away Saturday, November 06, 2010 at the Mather Nursing Center where she been a resident since 2004.

Pauline was born March 13, 1923 in Ishpeming to John & Pearl (Doney) Blocken. She graduated from Ishpeming High School, class of 1941 and worked at the H.W. Gossard Company as a seamstress for many years. Pauline late moved to Cleveland with her late husband Arthur for his work with Cleveland Cliffs. She moved back to Ishpeming in 2003.

Pauline was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, & Wawonowin Country Club. She enjoyed playing bridge with the Tuesday Ladies group, she also enjoyed working on crossword puzzles, taking walks, golfing and spending time at her camp on Big Shag Lake.

Pauline in survived by 3 children: Jim (Jan) Hebbard of Ishpeming, A. Royce (Ruth) Hebbard of Schererville, IN and Julianne (Darrell) Benson of Forest Lake, MN, 7 grandchildren: Jeff (Lisa) Hebbard, Jackie (Michael) Herman, Steve (Julie) Carr, Jay (Danielle) Carr, Grant (Rose) Carr, Royce Hebbard and Andrea Hebbard, 9 great grandchildren: Jacob, Katelyn, Michael, Emma Claire, Toby, Ayla, Brecken, Sawyer and Jackson, a brother in law Clarence "Peanut" Bisson along with several nieces and nephews. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, husband Arthur and a sister Grace Bisson.

Funeral services and visitation will be held at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 with visitation from 10:00-11:00am. and service held at 11:00am with Rev. Scott Lindenberg officiating.
