Republic, MI - Patricia M. Myers, age 89, former Republic resident passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at the Marquette Co. Medical Care Facility in Ishpeming.

Pat was born in Yankee Springs, MI on April 20, 1932, a daughter of the late Edna (Wilde) and Lyle Sager. She was a graduate of Portage Central High School, Class of 1950. She worked at Upjohn Corp in Kalamazoo and then did in home childcare for many years in the Portage area, along with at Midwest Fasteners. Pat was a member of Republic United Methodist Church, she served with the United Methodist Women (UMW) and was a member of the Republic Historical Society for many years. While in the Portage area she was a member of the Moose Lodge for many years and served as senior regent of the Woman of the Moose.

Patricia is survived by a daughter, Debra (Mike) Gransinger, of Republic, MI; 2 grandchildren - Heather (Eric) Rice, Joseph (Megan) Gransinger; 2 great grandchildren - Owen and Holden Rice; sister-in-law Dottie Sager of Palo Alto, CA and Maxine Grosser of Richland, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her husband Harold "Sparky" Myers and her 12 siblings.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the Republic United Methodist Church from 2 - 3PM on Saturday, February 26, 2022, where a Memorial Service will follow at 3:00pm with lay servant Jacalyn Lombardo to officiate. Refreshments will be served in the Church Hall following the services. Interment will take place at the Republic Cemetery.
