Nick Anthony Toutant, age 38, Ishpeming resident passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, at UP Health System Bell. He was an automotive technician at Fox Subaru. He was born in Mesa, Arizona on March 6, 1986, and graduated from Marquette Senior High School, Class of 2004.

A father, a son, a husband, a brother, an uncle, a friend, and a joker. What was taken from us can never be returned, but what was given to us is what the stars are to the moon. What music is to our ears. Nick, you touched everyone around you in ways that feel impossible to put into words. We may spend our days missing you, but we won't stop putting what you put into us, back into the world. No joke will go without a punchline. No innuendo will be glanced over. No cheese will go to waste. No person will feel left out. No song will be skipped. No one will forget you.

We will miss playing games with you. We will miss the long nights wrenching with you. We will miss driving R/C cars with you. We will miss going mudding and boating with you. We will miss shooting with you. We will miss those dirty jokes of yours, and if we have not made it clear enough, we will miss you.

Nick is survived by his wife Sarah D. (Fenton) Toutant, whom he married on August 14, 2010, along with his son Logan. His parents, Kevin and Robbie Toutant, and a brother, Kevin, and Jesse (Leasa) LaTourneau, Though, you can't forget his cherished list of in-laws, Ron and Arlena Fenton, his parents in law. Brandon (Heather), Kyle (Des/Boots), Tanner (Sadah), Travis (Maddie), Trevor Fenton, his brothers in law. A nephew Jensen along with his mother Tonia, a niece Addison/Apple, a grandmother in law Linda, along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He didn't fall short in the best friend department Ronnie G, Dan Dulany and many more.

Nick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Patricia Toutant, Richard and Margaret Mustonen and Su-Ellen Smallridge.

A celebration of Nick's life will be held from 3:00 – 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at the Bjork and Zhulkie Funeral Home in Ishpeming, at 5:00 pm there will be a time to share Memories.
