Mary Midkiff, age 75 of Ishpeming left this temporary life to enter into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to live with him eternally on December 31, 2007.

Mary was born January 5, 1932 in Barberton, Ohio to the late Thomas & Irene Mattingly. She married Harold Midkiff in 1948. He preceded her in death December 7, 2003.

Mary is survived by 3 daughters: Jacquelyn (John) Norris, Nancy (Don) Miller, & Gretchen Bruhnke, 6 sons; Bruce (Cheryl), Hal (Kelley), David, Michael (Brenda), Joseph (Gloria) and Matthew (Cindy), 19 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren 4 sisters: Laura (Charles) Straub, Connie (Cecil) Young, Norma (Gene) Burnham and Carol (Al) Schuler, a brother Maurice Mattingly, along with many friends and all her Bible Baptist Church family. She was thankful for all her family and friends.

Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by 2 brothers Louis and Charles Mattingly and a sister Barb Tote.

Memorials may be made to the Bible Baptist Church, 1403 North Lake Dr, Ishpeming, MI 49849 in memory of Mary.

A memorial service will be held at the Bible Baptist Church, Ishpeming, at 6:00pm on the 6th of January 2008 with the Rev. James Hill officiating.
