Huntsville, AL - Mary Claire Bjorne, age 75, passed away January 24, 2021 at the Windsor House nursing home in Huntsville, Alabama.

Mary was born July 29, 1945 in Ishpeming, daughter of the late Matt and Hilda Bjorne.  She grew up in Ishpeming and graduated from Ishpeming High School in 1963.  She lived in Ishpeming for many years raising two children and working at Globe Printing and the Country Kitchen.  She later moved to Madison, Alabama where she continued to waitress part-time before retiring.  She suffered a stroke in 2016 and was a resident at the Windsor House nursing home.

Mary was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church and longtime member of Wawonowin Country Club.  She loved all sports, especially watching golf and the Green Bay Packers.  Mary loved her family very much and was kind and friendly to everyone she met, she will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Mary is survived by her son Jeff (Lisa) Hebbard of Brillion, Wisconsin and their children Jacob (Kristen) Hebbard of Green Bay, Wisconsin and Katelyn Hebbard of Appleton, Wisconsin.  Her daughter Jaclyn (Michael) Herman of Madison, Alabama and their children Michael Herman Jr. and Emma Claire Herman.  Her brother Matt (Sharon) Bjorne of DeWitt, Michigan and nephew Mike (Laura) Bjorne of DeWitt, Michigan and his children Mitchell Bjorne and Griffin Bjorne.
