Marquette – Mary Jennie Asgaard, age 93, former Ishpeming resident, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at the Norlite Nursing Center in Marquette where she had been a resident since 1975 when it opened.
Jennie was born March 27, 1915 in Humboldt, the daughter of the late Alford and Mary Jennie Jackson. She enjoyed the activity center at Norlite very much.
A private graveside service will be held at the Champion Cemetery.
