Ishpeming – Marilyn R. DeLongchamp, age 75, of 826 N. Pine St., Ishpeming passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the Mather Nursing Center in Ishpeming Twp.

Marilyn was born June 27, 1938 in Champion, the daughter of the late Gerald and June (Burnette) Revello.  She grew up in Ishpeming and was a graduate of the Ishpeming High School, Class of 1956.  Marilyn had attended NMU in the nursing program.  Marilyn left the Ishpeming area and resided in Cleveland, OH briefly and then Ypsilanti, MI for ten years prior to returning to Ishpeming in 1970.  Marilyn was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church.  She will be remembered as a fantastic cook, one who loved to read, and make hook-rugs.

Survivors include her husband of the past 38 years Charles "Chuck" DeLongchamp – of Ishpeming, 3 children – Kathy Collins, Steven Collins and Julia (Steve Hylkema) Collins all of Ypsilanti, grandchildren – Colin and Samuel Wyzgoski, Anthony Collins and Patrick Livingston, a great grandchild Aubrey Wyzgoski, a sister Mary Kaye (Wade) Grady of Ishpeming, her step-father Don Johnson of Ishpeming and an uncle Wally Revello of Ishpeming.  She was preceded in death by her parents Gerald Revello and June Johnson along with her brothers - Roland and David Revello.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 12:00noon – 1:00pm on Monday, March 24, 2014 at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1:00pm on Monday at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Dan Moll to officiate.  Inurnment will take place at Northland Chapel Gardens.  A luncheon will follow the services in the church hall.
