He was definitely a one-of-a-kind guy with a warm smile and greeting for anyone he met and offered a helping hand to those in need. He was a man of deep faith, prayer and integrity. He was as strong as iron ore, with a grip like a vise, and yet tender, gentle and kind. He exemplified Semper Fi in service, work and family.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for the exceptional care provided by Karen Swenor, NP and the entire staff at Heritage Health. Also to all of the staff, especially nurses, at UPHS Marquette. He was overwhelmed with gratitude for the sincere compassion and care he received from his new friends.
