Ishpeming- Lornell A. Engelhard, age 73 of 311 W. Ridge St. Ishpeming passed away Wednesday January 21, 2015 at the Mather Nursing Center where she been a resident since January 12th.

Lornell was born June 24, 1941 in Chicago, IL to the late Mitch & Beatrice (Kerrigan) Figura. While living in Waukegan Lornell worked as a bartender at Bowlarium Lanes. She and her husband Thomas moved from Waukegan, IL to Ishpeming where they have lived for the past 17 years. Lornell was a loving and caring person, and will be remembered for her generosity.

Lornell is survived by her husband Thomas Engelhard, 2 children: Tracey (Michael) Erickson of Ishpeming and Steve Engelhard of Winthrop Harbor, IL, 2 grandchildren: Max Bailes and Thomas Engelhard, a sister Donna Figura of Ishpeming and a niece Kathy (Ralph) Paulsen of Clearwater, FL. Close Friends that were like Son and Daughter, Ralph and Carolyn Uhl and their children that were like Grandson's, Dan (Ashlee), Erik and Mitch Uhl. Lornell was preceded in death by a brother Mitch (Dorie) Figura.

A Graveside service will be held at the Ishpeming Cemetery at a later date.
