Washburn Sr. He grew up in Marquette, and was a graduate of the Marquette Senior High School, Class of 1976 and for the past 20 years he lived in the Ishpeming area. Lee always enjoyed the camaraderie of family and friends, especially their wonderful neighbors "in the hood" on Gold Mine Lake, and the great times with the group known as "The Statelanders."
