Ishpeming – Lee Luke, age 56, recent Ishpeming Twp. resident passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019 at the Trillium Hospice House in Marquette where he had resided for the past two months.  He had been under the loving care of his family and the Upper Peninsula Home Health and Hospice.

Lee was born in Crystal Falls, MI on September 4, 1962, a son of the late Ruth Evelyn (Bentti) and Lyle Francis Luke. He was a graduate of the Westwood High School, Class of 1980. Lee worked form 1986 - 2001 in Toledo, OH in the wastewater reclamation dept.  He returned to this area in the early 2000's and has resided here since.

Lee enjoyed his time coaching various softball teams in which his daughters played on. He also had a passion for fishing and hunting, along with being an avid Green Bay Packers fan. His dog Lucci was treated as his fur baby.

Lee is survived by his wife Robin Luke of Ishpeming, two daughters, Jamie (Joseph) Cash, of Ishpeming and Megan (John) Wasey, of Gwinn, son, Justin Luke of Green Bay, WI, 3 grandchildren, Kennedi Melendrez, Jordan & Vivian Cash.

The family will greet relatives and friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Champion.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 4 with Pastor Paul Peterson to officiate.
