Ishpeming - Kay E. Villeneuve, age 61, longtime Ishpeming resident passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020 while under the care of Lake Superior Life Care and Hospice at the Norlite Nursing Center in Marquette where she had resided for the past two weeks.

Kay was born in Ishpeming, on May 17, 1959, a daughter of the late Lillian E. (Ylinen) Fosmoe and Paul A. Villeneuve.  Kay was a graduate of the Ishpeming High School, and a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Lisa (Jed) Perry of Negaunee and Leanne Villeneuve of Charlestown, IN; two grandchildren - Brandon and Cailee Perry; sister Carol (Joseph) Bildings of Newald, WI; two brothers - James and John Villeneuve both of Ishpeming; along with a special friend Ken Dalian. She was preceded in death by her parents along with three brothers - Paul "Puddy" Jr., Joseph, and Eddy Villeneuve.

Per Kay's wishes cremation will take place.  Expressions of sympathy may be sent to Kay's family, c/o Lisa Perry, 1120 Maas St., Negaunee, MI 49866.
