Ishpeming- Judith Gail (Uren) Garceau, age 75 of 1390 Co. Rd. PCE Ishpeming (Tilden Twp) passed away Saturday, June 04, 2016 at the Mather Nursing Center while in the loving care of her family and UP Home Health & Hospice.

Judith was born March 31, 1941 in Ishpeming to Robert & Martha (Helsten) Uren. She graduated from National Mine High School, class of 1959. Judy retired from the Marquette County Medical Care Facility in 2011where she worked as a dietary aide.

Judy was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church. She enjoyed traveling, especially trips around the U.P., she also enjoyed working on crossword puzzles, loved her dogs Henry & Oscar. Judy was an avid Packer and Tigers fan.

Judy is survived by her husband David Garceau, sons Timothy & Daniel Hansen of Ishpeming, step sister, Sharon (James) Engle of Lebanon, OH, along with several cousins, nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons: David Garceau Jr. and Robert Hansen and a baby sister Darleen.

Judy's family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday June 7, 2016 from 12:00 noon until 1:00pm at the Faith Lutheran Church where a memorial service will be held at 1:00pm with Rev. David Johnson officiating.

A luncheon will be held in the church fellowship hall following the service.
