Marquette, MI – John A. Stockwell, age 86, resident of the DJ Jacobetti home for Veterans in Marquette passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the DJ Jacobetti Home for Veterans in Marquette.

John was born September 4, 1930 in Detroit, MI the son of Adam A. and Marie J. (Anderson) Stockwell. He served his country in the United States Army from Feb of 1951 till Feb of 1954.

Per John's wishes cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest at the Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI
