Ishpeming, MI- Jesse R. "Turbo" Perry, age 25, passed away Monday, September 26, 2022.

Jesse was born in Ishpeming, Michigan on August 4, 1997, to Christie R. Olander and Christopher Perry. During high school at Westwood, Jesse played football and was an excellent diver on the swim team. He graduated in 2016.

Jesse worked most recently out of the Laborers' International Union of North America Local 1329, working for Bacco Construction Company and previously worked for various other construction companies.

Jesse "Turbo" will be remembered for his bright smile and quirky sense of humor. He loved to hunt and fish with friends and family, his favorite fishing partners being his dog "Zen", his uncle Brian Ranta and his best friend and cousin Bree Ranta. Jesse was an amazing friend who would have his "buddies" back no matter the risk. Our dearest Jesse you will live inside of us forever.

Jesse is survived by his mother Christie Olander, father Chris (Teresa) Perry, brother, Darian (Danielle) Ahtonen, twin sister Jordyn, and sisters; Lola and Grace Morrison, a nephew Quinlan,  grandfather Fred Olander, grandfather James Perry, grandmother Pamela Palmer, uncle, Brian Ranta, aunt, Brandi (Jeff) Larson, aunt Tracy Horne, uncle Jason (Holly) Lompre, cousins: Brooke, Bree and Brylea Ranta, Trent Olander-Horne and Nevaeh Lompre, along with other relatives and many friends.

Jesse was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Connie and Michael Lompre and paternal grandmother Sharon Perry.

Jesse's family will greet relatives and friends 1:00-3:00 pm on Sunday October 2, 2022, at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home in Ishpeming where a memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm with DJ Thomsen officiating.

A luncheon will follow at the Tilden Township Hall.
