Ishpeming- Jeanette Marie Bertucci, age 74 of 325 S. Lake St Ishpeming, passed away Saturday September 13, 2008 at the Marquette General Hospital where she had been a patient for the past 6 days.

Jeanette was born November 7, 1933 in Ishpeming to William Charles & Gertrude (Houseman) Richards. Jeanette owned & operated Pat's Party Store in Ishpeming for many years and later worked at the Ishpeming V.F.W. Jeanette was known as "Auntie" to her family and "Ma B" to her children's friends. She was a member of the Ishpeming V.F.W. Auxiliary and the Greenwood American Legion Auxiliary.

Jeanette is survived by 3 children Jean Ann (John) Healey of Ishpeming, Anthony F. Bertucci of Ishpeming and Patricia (Thomas) Gemuend of Pensacola, FL, 2 brothers Theodore (Joyce) Richards and Simeon (Lois) Richards both of Ishpeming, a sister Emily Jandreau of Oklahoma City, OK, 4 granddaughters: Sara Jean Crouch, Toni Marie Healey, Jessica Ann Bertucci and Chelsea Rae Crouch, a daughter in law Cathryn Bertucci of Ishpeming, a son in law Eldon Crouch, several nieces and nephews and a special friend in her life Bob Saari. Jeanette was preceded in death by her husband Anthony, her son James Michael Bertucci, sisters Mable Hendra and Ellen Hendra and brothers Alfred, Frank & Harold Richards.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 3:00p.m. Tuesday September 16, 2008 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Fr. Greg Heikkala officiating. Interment will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery.

Friends may call St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Tuesday from 1:00p.m. until the time of service at 3:00p.m. The Greenwood American Legion Auxiliary and the Ishpeming V.F.W. Auxiliary will conduct their memorial service at 2:45p.m.

Pallbearers will be Mark Swenor, Glen Grigg, Danny Gugin, Steven J. Bertucci, Dale Richards & Robert Richards.
Honorary pallbearers will be Francis Bertucci, Bill Richards, John & Edward Jandreau.
