Ishpeming – Jan S. Langsford, age 61, of 283 Jasper St. passed away Sunday August 13, 2017 at U.P. Health System- Marquette.

Jan was born December 10, 1955 to the late Earl J. Langsford and Mildred S. (Petersen) Langsford. He was a lifelong resident of Ishpeming and a graduate of IHS class of 1973.

Jan was a former member of HOG- Harley Davidson Owners Group. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping at Bass Lake. Jan loved his kids, grand kids, and his dogs.

Jan is survived by his mother Mildred "Shirley" Langsford, 2 children- Steven Langsford, Sarah (Joe) Morris, siblings- Scott Langsford, Larry Langsford, Cathy (Mike) Cardone, grandchildren- Steven Langsford, Levi Langsford, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Earl J. Langsford and brother Kurt Langsford.

Private graveside services will be held at the Ishpeming Cemetery.
