James L. Anderson

Ishpeming- James Lawrence Anderson, age 79, passed away on November 18, 2018 at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility where he had resided for the past two and a half years.

James was born to Lawrence and Rose Mary (Conway) Anderson on November 28, 1938 in Negaunee.

He attended Negaunee High School graduating with the class of 1956.

After high school he attended Northern Michigan University and graduated with a teaching degree.

He worked as a teacher for years at many different schools. He also worked many other various and interesting jobs all over the country.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary Ellen.

He is survived by his cousins.

As he requested cremation has taken place and no public services will be held.
