Ishpeming- Isola Kathryn Charette age 75, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility where she has resided for the past 8 years.

Kathy was born June 7, 1942 in Munising to Harvey and Edith (Cuggino) Charette. She graduated from Graveraet High School in Marquette, class of 1960.

Kathy enjoyed baking, reading, playing cribbage and taking care of her grandchildren.

Kathy is survived by 4 children: William (Kim) Belmore of Marquette, Hope (Rico) Torreano of Marquette, Wade (Mary Kaye) Grady of Ishpeming and Sherrie Hess of Ishpeming, 2 brothers Jerry (Ida) Campbell and Jack Kunick, 7 grandchildren: William Belmore, Shanna Belmore, Jennifer Torreano, Sarah Torreano, Shay Grady, Nichole Jarvi and Ann Alanen, 5 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Frederick Grady and numerous brothers and sisters.

Honoring Kathy's wishes there will be no public service. Inurnment will take place at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Marquette.
