ISHPEMING, MI - Gloria M. Nault, age 79, of Ishpeming, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025, at UP Health System - Marquette.

Gloria was born on September 1, 1946, in Detroit, MI, to Martin and Anna (Zwiers) Vander Zanden.  As a young woman in her 20s, Gloria worked for CCI as the first female production truck driver.  Gloria was an avid traveler and spent much of her adult life in California and Georgia.  She moved back to the UP after her husband's death to be closer to family.  She enjoyed decorating her house, cooking, baking, playing pinnacle with her sisters, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Gloria is survived by siblings Joanne Galske of Green Bay, WI, Gale Maki of Ishpeming, Andrew Anderson of L'Anse, and Bonnie Pelto of Green Bay, WI, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Gloria was proceeded in death by her parents; husband, Gary Nault; a sister, Mary Jane Tindle; and brothers, Ed Vander Zanden and James Vander Zanden.

Honoring Gloria's wishes, no public services will be held. Interment will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery.
