Ishpeming- Gerri Lynn Champion, age 64, of 111 Bluff St Ishpeming, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021, while in the loving care of her family and UP Home Health and Hospice.

Gerri was born in Ishpeming, Michigan on March 8, 1957, to Rita D. (Pepin) and the late Gerald R. Champion. She graduated from Westwood High School and received an Associate Degree from Northern Michigan University.

Gerri enjoyed reading and collecting angels.

Gerri is survived by the love of her life Mark Goulette, 3 children; Brian (Rachael) Gray of Ishpeming, Aaron (Lisa) Gray of White Pine and Amy (Nathan DeWitt) Moyle of Negaunee, 2 sisters; Barbara (Bill) Ostola of Tipton, IA and Cheryl Lampi of Vista, CA, 7 grandchildren; Caylie Gray, Luke Gray, Trevor Swanson, Ashley (Adam Butler) Gray, Aaron (Heather) Gray, Jack Moyle, and Jett Moyle, 2 great grandchildren, Isiah Hess, and Maverick Swanson, step grandchildren; Jeremy Giesau, Jeff Giesau, and Cole Clement,  several nieces and nephews and special friend Rhonda Potila.

Gerri was preceded in death by her father Gerald, brother Jeff Champion, grandson Joey Moyle, nephew Joel Ostola, and brother-in-law Al Lampi.

Honoring Gerri's wishes a private family service will be held.
