Michigamme- Francis J. Wallace, age 94 longtime Michigamme resident passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility while in the loving care of his family, staff at MCMCF, and UP Home Health and Hospice.

Francis is survived by 4 children: LeRoy (Sharon) Wallace of Michigamme, Francis (Patty) Wallace Jr. of Harvey, Michael (Heidi) Wallace of Warsaw, IN and Marcia Wallace of Chesterfield, MI, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a sister Rhoda (George) Hreha of Ohio. Francis was preceded in death by his wife Margaret (Cevigney) Wallace and 3 brothers.

Honoring Francis's wishes there will be no public service. Inurnment will take place in the Spring at the Lakeview Cemetery in Michigamme.
