Ishpeming- Florence P. Wright, age 88 of 129 Davis St. Ishpeming passed away Friday October 9, 2015 at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility.
Florence was born September 19, 1927 in Ishpeming to Arivd & Olga (Peterson) Anderson. She graduated from Ishpeming High School. Florence owned and operated the Style Wright Beauty Nook for over 30 years. She also worked as an aide for UP Home Health & Hospice. Florence enjoyed gardening and time spent with family and friends.
Florence is survived by her son Daniel Wright of Ishpeming, a granddaughter Summer (Greg McDonald) Laforce of Ishpeming, a sister Dorothy Tousignant of Marquette, 2 nieces Jan (Fran) Neuman and Claire (Allen) Rose and a great nephew Paul Neuman. Florence was preceded in death by her husband Donald Wright, a daughter Sue Wright, a sister Borghild Medlyn and a brother Robert Anderson
Florence's family will greet relatives and friends from 2:00-4:00pm on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home.
