Obituary
Ishpeming- Eva A. Ryynanen, age 89 of 641 Iron St. Ishpeming, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at her home.
Eva was born in Chassell Twp., Michigan on August 13, 1919, the daughter of the late Nils Peter and Selma Alina (Ruohonen) Saari. She was a member of the Laestadian Lutheran Congregation.
Eva is survived by 7 children: Eva LaFave of Ishpeming, Kenneth (Leona) Ryynanen of Houghton, Philip (Carole) Ryynanen of Keweenaw Bay, Judith Boyd of Athens, TN, David Ryynanen of Edmonds, WA, Vida Tebby of Ishpeming and Sally (Chuck) Hurley of Ishpeming, also survived by 29 grandchildren & 88 great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband Edwin on September 23, 1991, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, March 9th, at the Laestadian Church in Ishpeming with Walter Lampi officiating. Inurnment will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery in Houghton.
Friends may call the Laestadian Church on Monday from 11:00AM until the time of service at 1:00PM.
