Ishpeming, MI- Eddie Sorrell, age 73, Ishpeming resident passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023, at UP Health System Marquette.

Eddie was born in Harlan County Kentucky, on October 12, 1949, a son of the late Ellis and Catherine (Jones) Sorrell. Eddie served his country in the United State Army during the Vietnam War.

Eddie was a handyman, who once owned his own tile business. He enjoyed anything automotive, fast cars, and motorcycles. Eddie was an avid Lions and Bengals fan, he enjoyed watching movies, especially Westerns and Clint Eastwood movies.

Eddie is survived by two sons John Sorrell and Marc (Rylee) Sorrell and a brother Terry (Margie) Sorrell. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers; Gary Sorrell, Jerry Sorrell, Donny Sorrell, and Anthony Sorrell, and three sisters; Debbie Sorrell, Diane Sorrell, and Sherry Sorrell.

Honoring Eddie's wishes, cremation will take place, there will be no public service.
