Diann H. Anderson, age 66 of 627 Willow Rd. Lot 140 Marquette (Harvey) passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the Marquette General Hospital.

Diann was born on November 8, 1942 in Evanston, Illinois the daughter of the late Wilson and Ruth (Schroder) Stephens. She married Jack Anderson on June 19, 1971 and lived in Ishpeming from 1975 until 1983. They moved to Phoenix where they resided for 25 years. In 2004, Diann and Jack moved back to the Negaunee/Marquette area.

Diann enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed knitting, playing bingo and Pogo, traveling, shopping (on the QVC network).

Diann is survived by her husband of 38 years, Jack of Marquette, children: Pat (Rick) Petrocik of Ishpeming, Laura Lanciloti of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Cathy (Ernie) Koziel of Woodstown, New Jersey, David Phillips of Ishpeming, and Mark Anderson of Staten Island, New York, grandchildren: Melanie, Michael, Dan, Becky, Amanda, Chelsea, Andrew and Johnny, great grandchildren: Jaylan, Felicity, and Lilliana, a brother Gordon (Manuella) Stephens of Arizona, and a sister, Karen Williams of Ohio.

Memorial services will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home in Ishpeming with Deacon Judy Britton officiating. A visitation to be held at the funeral home on Tuesday 11:00AM until the time of service at 12:00noon. Inurnment will take place at the Negaunee Cemetery.

Memorial considerations may be directed to the Hemo Dialysis Unit at Marquette General Hospital.
