Gwinn- Denita Jo Frantti, age 46 Gwinn resident passed away Thursday, January 30, 2014 at her father's home while in the loving care of her family and UP Home Health & Hospice. Denita was born October 5, 1967 in Ishpeming to James Jenkot and the late Joyce (Aho) Jenkot. She graduated from Republic-Michigamme High School. Denita worked for American Airline/American Eagle as a ticket agent for many years. She enjoyed blueberry picking, boating and time spent with her son Kyle. Denita is survived by her husband Michael Frantti, her son Kyle, her father James Jenkot, a brother Daniel Jenkot all of Gwinn, her paternal grandmother Helen Draski of Coldwater, MI, aunts & uncles: Myrna (John) Todd of Republic, Melba Aho of Republic, Robert (Cathy) Jenkot of Marshall, MI, Barbara (Donald) Ross of Elkhart, IN and Linda (Larry) Porter of Coldwater along with several cousins. Denita was preceded in death by her mother Joyce (Aho) Jenkot, paternal grandfather, Casmier Jenkot and maternal grandparents, Henry & Aileen Aho. Denita's family will greet relatives and friends from 1:00-3:00pm on Monday February 3, 2014 at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home in Ishpeming where a memorial service will be held at 3:00pm with Rev.
