Ishpeming – David R. Hutchins, age 65 of 403 N. Main St. Apt. #5, Ishpeming, passed away on Sunday July 25, 2010 at the Bell Hospital emergency room after suffering an apparent heart attack while working at the Venice Supper Club.


Dave was born May 13, 1945 in Kentucky. He had served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He had spent the last 9 years in Ishpeming, working as a cook at the Venice Supper Club during that time. Dave enjoyed golfing.


Survivors include two children, 5 grandchildren and his local friends and staff at the Venice Supper Club whom he considered his family, including his best friend Frank Andriacchi.


Visitation will be held from 10:00am – 11:00am on Thursday July 29, 2010 at the Bjork & Zhulkie Funeral Home, with services to follow at 11:00am with the Rev. Fr. Greg Heikkala to officiate. Interment will take place at the Ishpeming Cemetery.
