Ishpeming, MI - David Wayne Boissineau, age 55, of 1835 Southwood Dr. Ishpeming, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 5, 2019 at his home of an apparent heart attack.

David was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada on January 19, 1964, son of the late Barbara Ann (DeDieu) and Lawrence William Boissineau. Dave received his nursing degree from Concord Career College in southern California, where he had moved to shortly after his marriage to Paula. He was a Licensed Practical Nurse, which allowed him to travel for work to Louisiana and California, prior to coming to Ishpeming in 2016.  He most recently worked for Care Onsite during the construction of the UMERC Power Generation Plant in Negaunee Twp. Dave's sons were his pride and joy.

David is survived by his wife of the past 21 years, Paula C. (Pohjoisrinne) Boissineau of Ishpeming, three sons, Derek Boissineau of Ishpeming; Jonathan Boissineau of San Jose, CA; Michael Boissineau of Ishpeming; sister, Vickie Berlinguette of Sault Ste. Marie, Canada; two brothers, Andy Boissineau of FL; Lawrence Boissineau of Sault Ste. Marie, Canada.

A celebration of Dave's life will take place at a later date in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada.
