Ishpeming- Daniel E. Bert, age 59 of 314 S. Lake St. Ishpeming passed away on Monday, December 10, 2012 at the Bell Hospital emergency room. Daniel was born on January 30, 1953 in San Jose, CA to Arthur & Sylvia (Erkkila) Bert. Daniel graduate from high school in Chicago. Daniel moved to Ishpeming in 1990 and had worked as a bus driver for Marq-Tran. He enjoyed watching Old Western Movies. Dan is survived by his wife Rosanne (Ogea) Bert, whom he married on December 13, 1996, 2 children: Christopher (Elida) Bert of Colorado and Julia Bert of New Orleans, LA, 3 sisters Mary Ann Tarzcon, Carol (William) Collopy and Jeanne (Benny) Belbauena all of Chicago, 4 grandchildren – Christopher, Noah, Elika and Clara, along with aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Daniel's family will greet relatives and friends from 10:00-11:00am on Tuesday, December 18th at the Bethel Lutheran Church in Ishpeming where a memorial service will be held at 11:00am with Rev.
