Ishpeming – Cami R. Hyttinen, age 19, of 323 Vine St., Ishpeming passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 13, 2016 in Ishpeming Twp.

Cami was born on June 17, 1996 in Ishpeming as the daughter of Scott A. and Annette C. (Lewis) Hyttinen. Cami was currently in her Senior year at "Hartman High" in Ishpeming with hopes of going to college somewhere warm where she could live independentally. Cami loved to be around her friends and enjoyed watching movies especially Disney films. In more recent years she exhibited a passion for cooking and baking. Cami's sincere and generous heart gave her a variety of friends that loved her. Cami's infectious laugh and adventurous personality will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her parents – Scott & Annette Hyttinen, sister Trinity Hyttinen and fiance David Veals III of Kalamazoo, brother Gabriel Hyttinen of Ishpeming, grandparents Peter & Janice Krook and Albert & Rose Lewis all of Ishpeming, great grandmother Marilyn Hemmila of Palmer, aunts and uncles – Terry & Nicole Hyttinen, Tom Hyttinen, Gina Helsten, Rebecca Swenor all of Ishpeming, Maria (Matt) Fiereck of MN, Mark Lewis and Vince Swenor both of Ishpeming, cousins – Allison & Adam Hyttinen, Jessica and Jonathan Hastings, Jennifer Vaughan, Chase & Lance Swenor, Jade & Zack Lewis, Teia Foley, Mason Fiereck, and Krista Almli.

The Hyttinen family will greet relatives and friends from 3 until 5pm on Friday March 18, 2016 at the Christ the King Lutheran Church, 440 Stoneville Road, Ishpeming Twp. Funeral services will follow at 5:00pm on Friday at Christ the King Lutheran Church with the Rev. DJ Thomson to officiate. Interment will take place at the Ishpeming Cemetery. A meal will be served in the church hall following the services.
