Ishpeming- Beulah L. Ringuette, age 83, formerly of 684 Jopling St. Ishpeming, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility where she been a resident since June 1, 2007.
Beulah was born September 20, 1924 in Ishpeming to Louis & Eva (Nault) Hebert. Beulah owned and operated B&B Café in Republic for about 10 years. Later she moved to Ishpeming and worked as a cook at Aunty's Café, the Mather Inn and Johnny's Restaurants. Beulah also worked at the H.W. Gossard Company and the Salvation Army.
Beulah enjoyed cooking, crafts, and decorating her home for all the holidays. She also enjoyed music and time spent with her children and grandchildren. Beulah was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Beulah is survived by 2 sons; Ronald Ringuette of Ishpeming and Raymond (Merry) Ringuette of Republic, 4 grandchildren: Jared, Lee (Lindsey), Shawn & Kevin Ringuette, 2 great grandchildren: Nolan and Alexis, 4 sisters: Verna Hiller of Negaunee, Evelyn Valella of Ishpeming, Marina (Alvar) Heikkila of Ishpeming and Rita Lusardi of Ishpeming, a brother Leo (Joyce) Hebert of Kaukauna, WI along with numerous nieces and nephews. Beulah was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert, sisters: Madella Perttunen, Gloria Tonge, Germaine Filizetti and Dorothy DePetro, brothers: Leonard, Clarence, Donald and Melvin Hebert.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00am Saturday, December 1, 2007 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. James Challancin officiating. Burial will be in the Ishpeming Cemetery.
Friends may call St. Joseph Catholic Church on Saturday from 9:30am until the time of service at 11:00am.
Pallbearers will be Beulah's grandsons.
