Ishpeming- Barbara D. Koski, of 420 E. St. Ishpeming passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility where she been a resident since May 2010.

Barbara was born May 17, in Ishpeming to Lester & Dorothy (Broad) McWilliams. Barb was a life long area resident. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church. Barb enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, and her meeting with her girls club every month since high school. Barb had a beautiful porcelain doll collection. Barb and Bill also enjoyed spending the winter months in Port Orange, Florida.

Barb is survived by her husband William J. Koski, whom she married July 6, 1957, a son William (Linda) Koski of Ishpeming, a daughter Joanne Sager of Flushing, MI, a sister Joan (Art) Truscott of Ishpeming, 4 grandchildren: Amy Koski, Jason Sager, Bethany (Ray) Barber, Barbie (Kurt) Kaleva, a sister in law Betty McWilliams of Ishpeming along with numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Barb was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Keith McWilliams and a grandson Scott LeClair.

A memorial service will be held 11:00am Thursday, February 24, 2011, at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Ishpeming with Rev. Scott Lindenberg officiating.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the Wesley United Methodist Church on Thursday February 24, 2011 from 10:00-11:00am.

A luncheon will be held following the service in the church fellowship hall.
