Angelo Peter Curcio responded to the call of his country for 27 years of his life serving in the Navy and Army Reserve. He was very proud of his years of service. He was called to heaven by God after spending 74 years on earth. He was an animal lover and refused to eat meat out of his love for animals.

He joins his parents Angelo and Carolyn as well as his sister Josephine. He leaves behind his son Angelo and former wife Catherine with whom he remained friends for many years. He also leaves his sisters Carol (Jackie) and Elizabeth (John) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Angelo's family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday January 5, 2023 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Ishpeming from 11:00am until 12:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00pm. Burial will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery. Following services there will be a gathering at 4:00pm at Congress Pizzas 106 Main St. Ishpeming, MI 49849.

In lieu of sending flowers please make donations to the ASPCA or a local animal shelter.
