Ishpeming- Anastasia "Ann" Marie Gaboury, age 74, of 1223 N. Third St., Ishpeming, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at the Mather Nursing Center where she has been a resident since March 2015.

Anastasia was born in Ishpeming, Michigan on June 30, 1941, a daughter of the late Leona (Nault) and Theodore Nault. She graduated from St. Paul's High School in Negaunee, class of 1959. Ann worked as a sales associate at J.C. Penny in Ishpeming and Marquette for 17 years.

Ann was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church where she was active with the Womens Guild, Sewing Circle, and sang in the church choir. She was a volunteer at St. Vincent DePaul. Ann enjoyed sewing, traveling and time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Ann is survived by her husband Roger Gaboury, whom she married on August 5, 1961, 3 children, a daughter Cathryn (Nick Roberts) Bertucci of Ishpeming, two sons - Scott (Kristen) Gaboury of Ann Arbor and Joseph (Tamara) Gaboury of Green Bay, WI, 5 grandchildren - Lauren Gaboury, Adam Gaboury, Jessica Bertucci, Matthew Gaboury and Molly Gaboury, a great grandson Jayme Bertucci, along with nieces and nephews.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, sister Marilyn Gelmi , brother Theodore Nault Jr., and son-in-law James Bertucci.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ishpeming with Fr. Dan Moll officiating. A luncheon will follow in the church hall. Inurnment will take place in the Ishpeming Cemetery.

Ann's family will greet relatives and friends at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Thursday from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am.
