Obituary
Ishpeming – Alice J. Bystrom, age 86, passed away on Saturday January 30, 2010 at the Mather Nursing Center in Ishpeming Twp. where she had resided for the past 10 years.
Alice was born May 14, 1923 in Wakefield, MI the daughter of the late Benjamin R. and Eva M. (Belhumeur) Bystrom. Alice received a degree in accounting from Gogebic Community College in Ironwood, MI. Alice worked in the accounting dept. at the Oglebay Morton Mining Co. in Ramsey, MI. She moved to this area in 1972, doing accounting work for the Breitung Hotel in Negaunee, MI for many years.
In accordance with Alice's wishes there will be no services, and burial will take place at the Negaunee Cemetery.
